Our former vice-chair Mike was presented with his BEM on Tuesday by the Lord Lieutenant of Hampshire, Nigel Atkinson, following the recognition in the Queen's #NYHonours 🎖️🎉

HB4X4R's former vice-chair Mike Sutton has been recognised with a BEM in the Queen's New Year Honours 🏅🎉

The award is for his ‘services to emergency response in Hampshire, particularly during Covid-19’.

HB4X4R also deployed 70+ responders who covered 60,000 miles and completed 2,232 deliveries of PPE and vaccines. The charity was involved in administering swab tests to 890 lorry drivers at Portsmouth International Port and spent 3 months testing 2,500+ staff at @HantsPolice.

Over the weekend our volunteers participated in training to keep their skills top-notch 🌟

Belated Deployment Notification: Sunday saw several of our members deployed to @festivalwickham to assist with traction control in two areas of the festival. We have had some fantastic feedback from members of the public that we met, and we hope to be back next year.
