Michael Franklin started with HCEM as a CERT volunteer. He quickly became involved with COVID and managed all of our commodities throughout the pandemic. Michael currently serves as the Logistics Section Chief and manages our all of our assets.
Tonight, we start our 26th Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) class. The 20 hour course strengthens our local initial response element of neighbors helping neighbors.

This week, we welcomed Dylan Powell who will serve as the Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Manager and Training Coordinator. He has a degree in aviation and UAS management. Dylan comes to us from the Indiana Dept. of Transportation where he managed the statewide UAS program.
