Healthy Eating Workshop is a virtual, hour-long group appointment where students will meet with a registered dietitian to learn how to choose balanced meals and snacks. Today from 3p.m.- 4p.m

Boundaries are guidelines, rules, or limits that a person creates to identify reasonable, safe, and permissible ways for others to behave towards them.
Communicating what you are and are not comfortable with is a great place to start when asserting your boundaries.

Because of stigma, Black and POC students may be less likely to seek treatment for emotional distress (like depression or anxiety) on campus. It’s up to all of us to fight back against stigma related to mental health.
