Myself and two other comrades from @NCLMarxists@socialist_app were interviewed by @AnAltUnion the other weekend.
Fundamentally the cost of living crisis is a symptom of the overall crisis of captialism itslef. It can only be overcome by international Socialism!!
Iran's AI-generated propaganda videos have been viewed up to a billion times by people across the world.
Let me rephrase that: an oppressed country that has been bombed, sanctioned, and demonised by US imperialism for decades has been able to successfully beat their enemies at their own propaganda game, using (genuinely funny and well-crafted) Lego-themed internet memes.
In doing so, Iran's propagandists have been able to make tens of millions of ordinary people – from the United States to the Middle East – laugh at the idiocy of the West's blundering politicians; make them feel rage at the crimes and hypocrisy of the 'Epstein class'; and has helped them to connect the dots between the Epstein files, militarism, racism, profiteering, and corruption.
That is quite a profound thing, in my opinion. The fact that the imperialists are losing the propaganda war, and that millions of people are being awakened to the truth of the situation – that is something communists and class fighters in the West should celebrate, and even learn from.
If, at this moment, you are choosing to quibble over the ethics of AI-generated graphics, I think a lot of things have flown straight over your head – or lack thereof, in some cases.
He's the equivalent of political YouTubers/ influencers/ shit posters etc..... All for the views and respect but no actual real organising. Mad men does a great job at criticizing this Pettie bourgeois layer
Abe is such a critical character because he's the most outspoken politically on the show but instead of taking action where it matters he mostly just criticizes his girlfriend
This relatively unknown BBC drama is low-key one of the best TV shows I've ever watched. It portrays the slow death of the postwar order and the birth of Thatcherite Britain. Politics, class struggle, social change, crime, and punishment – it has everything. Highly recommended.
For some ' revolutionaries ' the be all and end all of political activity is talking about media on a podcast and donating to a mutual aid fund once and a while
You can now Rent or BUY 3 of my earlier films. Fateful Findings, Cade-the tortured crossing, Twisted Pair. Go to Apple tv / itunes, Amazon, Google / You Tube movies. Enjoy.
Most striking thing about the 100-strong leadership meeting of the Revolutionary Communist Party this weekend was its youthfulness, and how deeply everyone understood the economic, social, political trends in Britain today. No buzzwords, posturing or performance. Real politics
Not letting your (surprise) delegates know about the conference you've been planning for months until 10 (ten) days before an event is quite hard to wrap your head around.
And we still don't know what the agenda is for the conference! Will it be a discussion on perspectives and programme for the international class struggle? Will it debate questions of state power, strategy, world relations, and the economic crisis? Or will it be more organisational bickering?
How can this be in any way described as democratic or member-led?
I'm starting to notice a pattern on the left: those who talk the most and shout the loudest about organisational democracy are often the ones who struggle the most to implement it.
All of this has given me a newfound appreciation for the necessity of genuine democratic centralism. Lenin was right 100 years ago, and he is right today.
@josephattard02 Yeah also on the time skips I felt like Bix's post trauma arc was a little rushed when the blew that isb guy up. Saying that I'd rather have what we got then 10 mid seasons where not much happens
@bolsh3vik I've seen these reviews. They make me question if they have ever enjoyed any film ever. They're like the nerds who say a film is bad because ummmm actually ☝️ in issue 2638 of some fuckass comic this wouldn't happen actually

I've been living in this "Islamist no-go zone" (Upton Park) for a year now. It's one of the safest and friendliest places I've ever lived. Full of working-class families, and good local-owned cafes and shops.
In fact, despite probably being the only white British household on my street, it's the only place in London where I've made friends with my neighbours. They have brought us food after their celebrations, and my neighbours' kids even bought us chocolates and a card as a thank you for retrieving their cricket balls from our garden.
All in all, much more of a community spirit than white, middle-class Crouch End where I was living before – where the neighbours barely spoke to each other.
The only people not welcome in our community are racist right-wing grifters and Zionists.
(And anyone who falls for this fake video is an idiot)
Hypocrisy all around
