Today is my final day in Technology in Education. We learned so many pertinent skills and resources that I will use in my future career! To end the semester, we all created digital portfolio's summarizing important info we learned! Here's mine #EdTechECC https://t.co/aAoSvdk08x
I couldn't believe how easy it was to update the parent communication from sending home progress reports or notes to parents. This is a great to keep families involved! @Seesaw I would post updates of different class activities so parents know what's going on it class!#EdTechECC
As a believer of the importance of communication with students' families @Seesaw has been providing a 'bridge' between families and school. Here's why we love using it @northbridgecam It's so important that we keep communication between home and school. https://t.co/K1oVj8SUu5
I discovered the Teachers Off Duty Podcast on TikTok awhile back! I love their videos & Podcasts. Typically they talk about the hardships of teaching, but this episode they told their favorite parts of teaching! #EdTechECC

Reflecting on my week as a whole, my week in Tech Ed class and as a parent was rewarding. I learned to use Google Sites, as well as create fun email signatures! I also taught my 4 year old that many words have nicknames/ synonyms! #EdTechECC
I used @Canva to create an anti-bullying poster. I am against bullying in every way, and I always wanted my classroom to be a safe space. As a kid, I never thought of a classroom as a place to be myself, so I want to make it clear to my students they can be. #EdTechECC
I love reading, currently reading a spin off of Nightmare Before Christmas ( a movie). It's called Long Live the Pumpkin Queen, and I Definitley have trouble putting it down! #Read4Fun#EdTechECC
I never understood how my teachers added animations to their presentation slides! Thanks to @nbgreene's Google Slides Presentation and the resources she provided, I was able to make an animation myself! Here is my first attempt! #EdTechECC

@twinklresources is another new resource I will be using as a future educator. They have wonderful resources, like the attached link. Having good manner reminders posted in my classroom, especially for younger students, will be helpful! #EdTechECC https://t.co/NDJLOgUAOc
TeachersPayTeachers is a great resource for teachers! I found this mini-unit on pumpkins. I will be using this as a science lesson around halloween, as well as an art project. Keeping the kids interested with seasonal content! #EdTechECC https://t.co/C3fqxUyLCV
As a parent, I understand how important the first day of school pictures are. With this resource I found on @WeAreTeachers, I can have students color their own first day of school signs that can be used for these pictures! https://t.co/PSVu6iZpbS #EdTechECC
@TeachStarter has many free resources for teachers! I found a "getting to know you" drawing activity that I can use in my future classroom to help learn more about my students in a creative way. #EdTechECC https://t.co/4VexgCs8bf
Using Slide is a beneficial tool for educators. I will never create boring presentations again. My favorite, which I have downloaded for future projects, is https://t.co/fRt6bi01UA ! #EdTechECC
