I’m wanting to do a whole class intervention on reading comprehension skills. Any ideas or recommendations? We usually do book study daily but I have quite a few who really need to be explicitly taught inference skills etc. @MrTs_NQTs #edutwiter

Does anyone else take fruit to school for their lunch during December and regularly bring the same bit of fruit back and forward from home to school? This week, it’s a Pink Lady for me.

@MissPattonTeach We were drawing a table in geography today to write about the issues in Manchester and what we can do to improve it. One of my children said Miss I’ve done my table. They had drawn a picture of a table with four chairs around it 😂😂😫😫

@Miss_Reilly_ @MrTs_NQTs We have just done this topic. I’m rubbish at science. My partner teacher on the other hand had loads of ideas! We made sick to show what happens in the stomach and then we did the poo experiment using tights! The children loved and it and retained so much knowledge - as did I!
