@FitbitSupport I’ve had three chats ended on me today as no one seems to be able to cancel my premium membership payments despite me cancelling the subscription months ago!!! Please get in touch! I’m being charged for something I don’t use and you staff can’t help!!
@edfenergy Wow! Standard response received telling me to allow 5 working days for a reply! Even though you’re threatening me if I don’t pay within 7…. No joy on the phone either!
@edfenergy is this serious?! You are threatening me with further action unless I pay a bill from 9 years ago that you’ve only just sent to me for a property that I haven’t lived in for over 3 years?! And you want me to access the property for a metre reading?!?!
So upset by service received @clarksshoes Watford store today. My son has worn these shoes for 2 weeks and the soles are falling off. I lost my receipt and so they wouldn’t even entertain helping me. £50 shoes and with 3 kids thousands spent over the years… really poor service
