Really trying to give @Lemonade_Inc a chance as a new customer but it’s almost 3 weeks since my first pet claim and they’re still reviewing medical records. Is this what I can expect from any future claim? 😵💫
@SeatGeekHelp You heard from me, and instead of helping escalate, said I was already working with someone on the phone and needed to wait. I was promised a call back from a supervisor yesterday (9:30am) and it’s now over 24 hours later and nothing.
@SeatGeekHelp @SeatGeek 9 days after our Yankees vs Red Sox tickets didn’t work and wouldn’t allow entry to the stadium, and still no refund. The refund hadn’t even been approved yet, and they are “still looking into what happened.” This is absurd.

Have received over 400+ emails and texts from @neimanmarcus for someone trying to log into my account. Changed my password, and now the texts and emails have started again. Customer service said they can’t do anything and they don’t have a fraud department. Seriously??

@Hertz I have been calling customer service since yesterday, finally got someone on the phone to give me the local number to report a lost item and no one answers. I’ve tried for hours, the call disconnects every time. This is ridiculous!

@DIRECTVhelp I am unable to cancel my promotional add-on online, customer service is closed, and the chat is not working. I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for a 42 minute wait and it’s now up to 47 minutes.
