@GohrNanno@svpino Polars + Plotnine
Polars offers (almost) the same functionality (it's a bit younger, so probably there will be further improvements in the future). And plotnine is a ggplot2 clone, which is in all circumstances superior to matplotlib.
Iโm thrilled to announce the release of {collapse} 2.0, adding blazing fast joins, pivots, a flexible namespace, and many other features. It is a remarkable piece of R software and capable of enhancing the workflow of all R users. Spread the word #rstats

@headstartkid If you mean regular citing and creating a bibliography, just set up biblatex (plenty of resources on that) with a .bib file containing all the references. You can use the hyperref package straight up from within quarto and can specify options like highlighting links in the YAML.
@Boboye__x@rstatstweet You did not provide an expected output. Do you want to have a column "drinker" and a column "non-drinker" with TRUE/FALSE or what do you expect? You should clarify that for the forum.
@davstier Naja, die Mรถglichkeit Einzelfahrten zu buchen besteht ja trotzdem fort. Wenn abzusehen ist, dass nicht gefahren wird, kauft man es halt nicht fรผr diesen Monat. ๐คทโโ๏ธ
@hadleywickham In the last example from '26.4.3 Faceting' the text refers to palmer penguins, but the functions and images are related to the diamonds dataset. Am I using an old version or is this a mistake?
@fmarcondesmd @rstatstweet Use {collapse} rsplit(~ factor) |> rapply2d(FUN) |> unlist2d on this. It is extremely fast and you can stay in a pipe for the task.
@Ego_Ipse @seth_edmunds @AllanLyngberg Collapse relies on C++ for the most part and comes with fast statistical functions which improve the performance further. It combines performance, efficiency and economy of code in my opinion (you can even do operations by reference if you wish) @collapse_R
@Ego_Ipse Just use collapse. As easy to use as tidyverse, but as quick (or quicker in many instances) then data.table. And it has built in functions which integrate data.table. You may want to explore the fastverse too.
@heyitsmehugo@rstatstweet Just asking because I do align etc pretty often and never got an error (most errors came from forgetting curly braces in an exponent or such stuff) ๐
@heyitsmehugo@rstatstweet Did you add this block inside an existing block, like $$ \begin{aligned} $$ ... $$ \end{aligned} $$ or how exactly did this error occur?
@politik_hertha @R909808303@RudyF86364492 Auch im Privatverkauf, ja? Wenn jmd seinen Schrank รผber eBay Kleinanzeigen weiterverkauft, wer genau liefert dann ohne Auto? Oder muss dann dafรผr auch noch eine Spedition beauftragt werden?...
For Week 28 of TidyTuesday I visualized the development of flights from and to East-German airports, compared to an fitted ARIMA model.
