@AvantiWestCoast I’m on your delayed 18:32 train from Oxenholme to Euston - I’m sat on coach A which is meant to be the quiet coach. I’ve asked them politely to be quiet but they’ve become obnoxiously loud and the train manager isn’t in sight. Can you get a message to them?
