I never got to see my first born when she was a baby ,I was always gone . I woke up at the crack of dawn and came back at night . When I was free I was always nursing a hungover . 4 years went by real quick and very soon she was in school.
When my second born came it was during my days of selling chicken and business was really good . The day I brought him home I decided to stay a month or two I had a good amount in my bank . That was the first time I really slowed down . I watched him every day , helped my daughter with her homework and took her to school in the morning. I remember thinking to myself ,this is the life I want .
I never looked back . Money to me means freedom ,freedom to be home on a random Wednesday. Freedom from hating on a day just because it's at the beginning of the week . People look at that end of year vacation to Dubai with iphones and big cars and forget a whole year of life passed you by.
No man looks back at his youth and remembers how hard he worked on a particular day .They all remember the unlived life ,money or no money..
