@TrivallisCEO @WreckingRadyr@mattdiscombe@cardiffcouncil The feasibility study must have identified the profit would be such that s106 money was payable. It must have been in the budget from their tweet below! They planned on making the contribution! @drysgol - what changed?
@WreckingRadyr@cardiffcouncil@plasdwr Thanks for your support and, yes, we think that too. Unfortunately, we doubt whether even a S106 contribution of our scale would widen the golf course lane very far ๐คฃHowever, we will urge the Council to use it for road improvements which benefit and improve the safety of Radyr๐
@neiljmcevoy @SWP_Roads @cardiffcouncil@commissionersw please could you advise on the action you plan to take? It appears action you and @SWP_Roads taken has not worked, e.g. how many HGVs have been prosecuted in the last 12 months on Heol Isaf,Radyr? Has an officer from @SWP_Roads met with management at @plasdwr ?
@commissionersw @SWP_Roads please please please whatever you are doing isn't working. Look at this photo- surely a police officer could call into @TarmacLtd and explain the law. It'll take 10 mins and could save a child's life. Better still, fine them! They are repeat offenders!
@TarmacLtd@swpolice @SWP_Roads @swpcardiff I see @tarmacltd are breaking the law in Radyr yet again and endangering schoolchildren in our village. How many 7.5 tonne limit signs did this 45 tonne monster ignore to get here... 10 or 12? I forget. Reg: AA08 DAF @SWP_Roads
@WreckingRadyr@plasdwr@KingLifting @SWP_Roads @CaroWild@RedrowHomes@BarrattHomes Jessica @BarrattHomes your HGVs using the 7.5t limit road through Radyr is of significant concern to all residents and @SWP_Roads. To ensure all are updated with you actions please reply via Twitter. Anything that is said via email can be posted here. We have nothing to hide.
@plasdwr was this large crane on Heol Isaf,Radyr at 8.30am today heading for you? 600+ school kids are 1m away on their way to school. Driver went past 12+ signs stating 7.5t weight limit. He doesn't care - he knew he was wrong. Do @KingLifting? @SWP_Roads @CaroWild@RedrowHomes

@HGVsRadyr saw an Egan Waste HGV travel all along Heol Isaf this morning at 10am from Morganstown to to Llantrisant Rd. Turned right at the roundabout. Couldnโt take a photo as I was driving at the time
@AlunPitten@20PlentyRadyr @krazykasper2 @RoadSafetyWales Hi Alun, my reply was based upon your comment about fuel tankers - there is no need for a fuel tanker to drive through Radyr. This indicates you don't understand the sign. Ash carts, fire engines and others with a legitimate reason are legal users.
@WreckingRadyr @SWP_Roads @swpspecials @va11eywater This is outrageous. The driver knew he was driving on a weight restricted road. He couldn't care less. @va11eywater please show you care and take action. Where is your corporate responsibility? 600+ kids on the pavement 1m from your lorry. You will be responsible for a death.
@commissionersw @SWP_Roads @CaroWild@MarkDrakeford@WalesOnline please help us.This occurs throughout the day.Whatever enforcement action you are taking is not enough. THEY DON'T CARE.When a child is killed YOU will be asked to justify your actions-or more accurately, inaction.
@swpolice This is @AlunGriffiths_ WX16 HHP today on its illegal way via 7.5tonne limit Heol Isaf Radyr to clean roads for @plasdwr or @RedrowHomes when 600+ kids are walking to @radyrcs. Driver passed at least 12 signs ref: weight limit. What will you do to prevent this?
@plasdwr@swpolice@AlunGriffiths_@RedrowHomes@radyrcs Thanks for the reply. How about saying to contractors if there is photographic evidence of your vehicle on Heol Isaf, Radyr you will not be allowed on site? They'd then get the message quite quickly. Do you have control of who is allowed on site? @SteveBoyd0704@LoveOurVillages
