@JAMBHQ The lack of empathy from the fellow handling this account is appalling. I do not want to believe this communication was sanctioned by the Registrar @JAMBHQ. If it was, then we need to ask serious questions about the supposed glitch or human error that occurred during the exams.

@AsakyGRN By all means all allegations should be investigated and any culpable party held accountable. But ... who recorded that video? Do perpetrators of crimes now record or allow others to record them committing crimes? and if they do, do they hand over such videos to their accusers?
