Last two posts on @MEXC were RealStocks vs Stock Futures, then I explained RealStocks vs Tokenized Stocks,
well, this one is Pre-IPO
you've probably heard this over $SPCX hot IPO!

MEXC has two Pre-IPO products:
Pre-IPO Futures
Launchpad

Pre-IPO Futures means you trade a price before the company goes public

you can go long or short with USDT
you do not get the share
you do not get a vote
the IPO may never happen
that is the page in front of you.

Launchpad is a short subscription event. In a live round you may receive a Pre-IPO token, like SPACEX or SHEIN !
At the moment, there is no ongoing campaign, means no token available, but we're looking forward to new ones!

reminder:
the 0-fee tag on any eligible pair is a real bonus
@MEXC can take no commission on the trade click, so entry gets cheaper
Just keep the rest of the cost in view
Spread and funding can still show up
And 0-fee is about the ticket, not about the IPO. The listing is a separate question.

so, to sum it up:
If you want the real share → RealStocks
If you want a token on spot → Tokenized Stocks
If you want leverage on a listed name → Stock Futures
If you want to trade before listing → Pre-IPO Futures

Last time I talked about RealStocks vs Stock Futures on @MEXC
This time I want to break down the difference between RealStocks and Tokenized Stocks (let's say spot trading)

they might represent the same company, but they are quite different products

RealStocks is for holding the share ($AAPL, $GOOGL, $TSLA,...)

- here you buy the actual share that is routed through MEXC’s partnered licensed broker
- you trade on cash-market hours not a 24/7
- if your stock qualifies you will get a dividend
- there is no futures-style leverage
- buying it here does not mean you get a vote

on the other hand,

Tokenized Stocks is not the share. It is a token that bought with USDT and follows the stock’s price

- you buy it on spot, paid in USDT
- you can take a fraction (of the share)
- hours are more flexible than Nasdaq
- you are not the shareholder (and won't be)
- extra risk sits on the issuer, the backing, liquidity, and the chain

so if you want the share itself go with RealStocks

if you want to buy and sell it like a token go with Tokenized Stocks

and if you want to trade it with leverage and open long and short go with Stock Futures

agian, let me explain the zero-fee on @MEXC

zero-fee on spot means MEXC takes no cut on the buy or sell
an example:
you buy $1,000 of $NVDA -> the exchange commission can be zero = MEXC does not charge a trading fee on that click

but two things can still cost you:

- Spread that mean the buy price is a bit higher than the sell price
- The token itself because Its price may not match the real share exactly (sometime the oracle or arbitrage show some glitches)
