@AMCHelps 4:45pm @SpiderVerse. @xjamesbae had to move in and out of Theater 9 to try multiple units for 30 min!! Insane. He was able to get his ticket refunded (after the movie) but the crew didn’t even apologize and blamed it on “uncharged” units when the actual issue was with syncing.
