I have never felt so intimidated by my peers

Definitionally re: reinfections, 1st had to have occurred earlier (in less immune state), ? complicated by persistent or later "exacerbatable" sequelae. Also ? link between heavier immunosuppression and reinfection risk post vaccination. Regardless, data support 💉 in this group.
Great work @MayanTeles @janettabrundage @TeresaChiangMD in assessing post-acute COVID aka #longcovid prevalence, syndromes, and risk factors in persons with autoimmune/rheumatic conditions leveraging our national prospective cohort. https://t.co/62C0WjNxfE @JHMed_ID@Hopkins_TRC
≥1 symptom reported by 30%, widely varying phenotypes (subgroup with symptoms in all 5 domains). This was following mild infections, majority post vaccination in Omicron era. Pre-infxn vaccination appeared protective! Whereas reinfections might be risk for #PASC.
