@LNER my Dad is due to travel from London to Northallerton today at 4pm (advance ticket). He came down to London on Friday instead of Saturday (due to strikes) and wanted to catch an earlier train home today? Can he do this even with an Advance ticket, due to strikes?

@brionymaybakes Really good. Mood is generally a better (apart from sometimes circa 11am!) and I just generally feel better by having trimmed some pounds. I think it has helped that I have cut out a lot of rubbish food that I was eating, but I’m not calorie counting and not doing extra exercise
