@VidaDotWorld @HeroMotoCorp On 30th August there was an Issue with battery as I used switch on my vida there was only one battery visible and later I visited showroom and they said like there is an issue with battery so that asked to me handover battery

Today they have shared me the Order Id.. when I asked when will I get the battery pack give me a proper timeline, they are like we can't give the timeline.
