The "Running Back U" debate is officially over. ☘️📈
With Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price going Round 1 tonight, Notre Dame RBs have now secured an NFL-leading $132.8M in active guaranteed money.

☘️Terrific night for Love, Price & #NotreDame overall. They've earned this. True ND men on & off the field. Wish them nothing but the best. That being said, I can't be the only one still bitter that these guys didn't get to play more games in those gold helmets. Is what it is
Notre Dame has practice early Friday morning. Marcus Freeman is still at the NFL Draft tonight.
He couldn’t miss watching Jeremiyah Love get drafted in person.
“He wanted me to be here, and without hesitation I’m going to be here to support him.”
💚☘️
ND has to structure their football activities around their academic activities.
The undergrads have to go to class. In person.
One thing that’s consistently forgotten about ND is the academic requirements to get in and the academic rigor that competes for the players time and attention.
These requirements are not true at most of the other top 25 programs in the country.
ND football players choose hard.
Luck of the Irish ☘️
Notre Dame had Jeremiyah Love and Jadarian Price become the first two RBs taken in Round 1, the first time since the Common Draft Era both came from the same school.
TRENDING: Notre Dame’s projected WR core for 2026 is looking insanely talented 👀
This is what they’re going to be working with:
• Field WR (Z): Jordan Faison
• Boundary WR (X): Quincy Porter (Ohio St transfer)
• Slot WR: Jaden Greathouse
They also have Ohio State transfer Mylan Graham, who could be a MAJOR contributor as well…
This is arguably the most talent we’ve ever seen in the Irish receiver room. Marcus Freeman should have an elite passing game next season with CJ Carr. Thoughts? 👇
Jeremiyah Love is the best RB Prospect we have seen since Saquon Barkley and here are some numbers to prove it.
His PFF Rushing Grade of 93.7 is higher than Todd Gurley, Dalvin Cook, Saquon Barkley, & CMC's in their final seasons of college.
His EPA Per Rush at .33 is better than the entirety of the 2025 RB Class that includes Jeanty & Skattebo.
His EPA is also better than Bijan Robinson, Jahmyr Gibbs, & Breece Hall in their final seasons in college.
Love's Yards per route run in 2025 1.83 was better than Barkley, CMC, & Gurley while running routes on 44.9% of his snaps with a Catch Rate of nearly 80% on a Target Share of 16%.
Jeremiyah Love is Historically Elite 🫶☘️
Notre Dame is working to hire Brian Jean-Mary as linebackers coach, sources tell me and @TomLoy247.
Was Michigan’s LB coach and defensive run game coordinator the last two years. Before that, was LB coach at Tennessee for three years. Has coached double-digit future NFL players.
