@GRDialogs Thank it was very hard and it was the day after Mother’s Day. The vet was very upset and I thought he did an autopsy (whatever that is for dogs). Didn’t find out any results, but they covered her cremation. It was very hard on the vet too.

@GRDialogs Husband said the surgery was just over $2000. This was in 2008 (15yrs ago). But I still think comparatively speaking you/they were over charged. We live in Southern California, near Mission Viejo.

@GRDialogs For the procedure you are talking about, I’d think that would be less than the invasive surgery. I don’t think we paid $5000 but it was in the thousands. Sounds like they were over charged for the type of procedure. We don’t let our dog’s chew on tennis balls anymore. The
