It's so interesting watching my 4 year old try to be sneaky in front of my face when she thinks I'm not paying attention, after I've told her not to get into something. This girl ACTUALLY believes shes getting away with it. Cant be mad at her confidence, I guess. #momlife

I've got an almost 4yo and almost 1 yo. How do I get things done around the house when they both require ALL of my attention at all times? And when I decide to put on a movie or show they both can sit through together, all I want to do is sit and take a breather. #momlife

Learned something about myself tonight: best way 2 get me 2 clean my house like I want 2 but can never get motivation 2, is 2 tell me that I've got guests coming over. Trash taken out, dishes done, everything wiped down, & laundry away - all done in 30 mins or less. #momlife

I ❤ my kids, but I'm not sure this SAHM life is 4 me. I've spent the last 12 yrs as a working mom, & just recently&suddenly became a SAHM. Its taken some getting used to, & I've finally adjusted, but the realization that I want to do more has hit hard. That's ok, right? #momlife

As a child, I had very low self esteem. As an adult, my self esteem is still low, but it's better than what it was. As a parent, it fills my heart w/ such joy & admiration that my 3 year old has the highest self esteem & confidence. I wanna be her when I grow up. #momlife

Nothing irks me more than someone who doesnt have kids thinking they can tell me how to raise & discipline mine. #momlife

3 just told me I make the best corn dogs she's ever tasted. I appreciate that she appreciates my microwave skills.

3: you need to pls be quiet mommy. I'm trying to watch my show. 🙄

@TheUnmaternal That's a great age. She'll be old enough to help out and be eager to try to teach baby everything she knows. Haha.

@TheUnmaternal My advice would be to wait until your current is between 3 and 4. My 2nd will be 4 in Dec and while shes always been a handful all on her own, shes actually pretty helpful as well & LOVES her baby sis.

@TheUnmaternal 😂😂 its def a roll of the dice. My 1st was ridiculously easy. My 2nd is exactly like her dad - defiant, a bit of a trouble maker, but her character & personality keep us so entertained, even as a baby, & my 3rd (currently 8 months) is seemingly more like my 1st.

@TheUnmaternal While I still love the idea of them growing up together and being close, I feel like I've gone absolutely f***in insane thinking I could manage the both of them together all day, everyday. Hubby wants one more (hoping for a son) while I'm thinking of getting my tubes tied. 😂😂

@TheUnmaternal Hubby&I both come from big families, so having kids close in age was def always in our minds. My 1st born (from a previous relationship) was nearly 9 when I gave birth to my 2nd, and my 3rd was born the day before older sis' 3rd bday.

Why do 99% of my conversations with my 3.5 year old turn into some kind of negotiation? Asked her 2 mins ago if she likes what shes painting & now she's trying to hustle me into giving her a popsicle. Like, what?! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ #momlife

My youngest is 8months old. Today, I hit a really low point, mentally. In fact, I've been having a really hard time mentally for the past 2-3 weeks. Could this still be PPD? #momlife

Fiance has a laborious job (plumbing contractor) & he works hard so I know hes exhausted when he comes home. Is it wrong for me to complain about how tired I am to him when I've just been home all day w/ our 3.5yo & 7 month old? #momlife

Pls tell me I'm not the only mom who buys extra/multiples of snacks or drinks so I dont have to share with the kids or fiance. Is this normal? Am I being selfish? #momlife

My wish is to have my house fully organized and labeled. I want my house to look like the container store. But alas, I'm a mom of a 12yo, 3.5yo, and 7month old and a fiancee to someone as disorganized as our kids. So my house always looks like a hurricane hit it. 🤦🏽‍♀️ #momlife

3 got in trouble earlier & smugly told me that daddy will "save" her when he gets home. Hes now home & is not saving her like she hoped he would & she's having a meltdown. Is it wrong that I'm in the other room, smiling from ear to ear for this victory? 😁 #momlife
