@kfury Yes I get that. But given that Sonos positions themselves as a high end brand, and I could be in a bubble but I don’t know anyone who still uses an android or iphone that’s more than 5 years old - and the same goes for TVs and laptops - I don’t really understand the outrage.
@kfury Just to play devils advocate here, how is this any different from Apple not supporting old iPhones after a few years? What tech products from 2005 or 2010 are still used by consumers and supported by big companies? People replace their TVs every few years. Why is this a big deal?
