All safely home and deposited with lifts. I will miss the group who have been a pleasure to be around. It’s trips like this that make me proud to be a scout! Each and every person on the trip should be proud of the way they have conducted themselves and represented scouting.

Boarded plane, just waiting for take off. I think Ryanair must have started charging for air conditioning as it’s boiling! It’s certainly a lot less comfortable than Jet2!

Bye bye to Glodowka, we have left bang on time after a Herculean tidying and cleaning session! Hopefully we won’t get caught in traffic to Krakow!

Final day starts, a long day of travelling ahead, fingers crossed for a smooth run!

Rain has disappeared leaving a fine night for a final night camp fire with Louie on dj duties some old and new classics appealing to everyone!

The only day of rain so far which really came down in stair rods! A change of plan to another swimmingnplace went down well and an afternoon of retail therapy was well received to spend those final zlotys

The mountain is called Rakuska Czuba and the views were spectacular, worth the pain of the ascent! The scout necker on the cross is one we left as a reminder of our visit and to show the spirit and determination of scouting!

Caves and mountain today, a day of two opposites, caves were deep and cold and the mountain was high and warm! Whilst the caves were impressive the mountains were the star of the show, we went some of the way on cables cars and then hiked and scrambled to the top.

Another great day yesterday with a quiz/wise game onsite in the morning and rafting/mountain biking in the afternoon. The rafting was brilliant through some amazing scenery but the main attraction was the boat on boat water fights that kept breaking out!
