Crawling is a priority in our pitchers warmups. Don’t just limit these to forward backward. Make them move all over! Proximal stability distal extensibility.

If you can’t perform a great looking bodyweight “air squat” you haven’t earned the right to add load & squat with a barbell.

Everyone knows that you might contraindicate an exercise because it’s harmful, but shockingly few people appreciate that sometimes leaving an exercise out is more about the fact that you simply have something more productive to do with that training time and recovery capacity.
