This is ridiculous, Home Internet service has gotten knocked out for me 2 days in a row now and I’ve changed nothing on my end.
We rely on this for working at home and for schoolwork, neither of which can be completed. Please fix things immediately!

Confidential information, agreed should remain confidential, however, what we’re talking about in this thread is simply put, the solution that customers should have available to them with iPhones.
