@SenatorDurbin Please help the children of LEGAL immigrants also. They were also brought into US without their consent. Now they are aging out & facing deportation. Country of birth discrimination is holding them in the green card backlog. #S386 can help them to avoid self deportation.

Country caps on employment-based green cards are racist, since European countries generally tend to be smaller in population than other countries. India, China, Brazil, Indonesia, Nigeria, Pakistan, and Bangladesh are especially affected.

I work with Indians all the time. They are hard working and intelligent people. They deserve to be treated equally like us. We need them to stay here for our economy and to compete with country like Canada, UK and Australia which have fair immigration. Senators please pass #s386
