@JackPosobiec This perception that all women think she’s NGI is just not true. I am a millennial woman with 3 kids and this is without any doubt Murder 1. We don’t yet know who is thinking what and you’re really doing a disservice to any woman on that jury room who is firm on Murder 1.
@abbydphillip Well, it’s a good thing I’ve got a marriage certificate 🤦♀️ please stop dumbing down women, we are smart enough to figure this out, I promise.
@TheRickWilson I think the word you’re looking for is “criminals” and this perfectly aligns with the design of our justice system. In America, no one is above the law right?? 🇺🇸
@Geniustechw I’m a triple Trump MAGA woman and I never had student loans because I got a full tuition scholarship to college 🎉 I also hold two professional certifications 🇺🇸
@TheRickWilson 2A does not give you the right to resist while carrying. Resisting arrest is not legal. Resisting arrest with a loaded gun on your person is gambling with your life and displays extremely poor judgment. Comply and fight it later in court, your life isn’t worth it.
@AdamKinzinger Concealed carry permit holder here - don’t know what they’re teaching in MN, but in my state, you’re required to disclose that you have a permit when you come in contact with law enforcement. You know, so that you don’t get shot.
@Aku_700 Intent does not negate the fact that she hit him and he acted within his legal rights - does a drunk driver intend to go out and kill a family on the road? Should they go without consequence because they never intended that to happen?
@charise_lee Why? Because we clearly see a federal officer of the law being hit by a vehicle. To argue anything to the contrary is mental gymnastics - if you hit someone with your car and they have a gun on their person, chances are they will use it to defend themselves.
@adamscochran It’s not complicated - she hit him with a car. Reason, entrapment and what he did afterward are irrelevant because she HIT HIM WITH A CAR.
