My father, former Prime Minister Imran Khan, has now spent over 700 days in prison - held in solitary confinement. He is denied access to his lawyers, not allowed visits from his family, fully cut off from us (his children), and even his personal doctor is refused entry. This is not justice. The illegal attacks on Iran by the United States are reckless beyond belief — and threaten the safety of humankind around the world.

Diplomacy was possible. Instead, a catastrophic war has been ignited by the aggression of two nuclear states, Israel and the United States.

Meanwhile, the genocide in Gaza continues unabated with the shameful military support of our own government.

The last Labour government made the mistake of following the US into a devastating war. Human beings abroad paid the price.

This Labour government needs to learn the lessons of the past, otherwise it will be remembered for the more dangerous world it has helped to create.

I echo the call made by the UN Secretary-General: “There is no military solution. The only path forward is diplomacy. The only hope is peace.”

پاک بھارت جنگ ٹرمپ نے نہیں رکوائی اس کا بیان ریکارڈ پر ہے کہ امریکہ نے اس تنازعہ میں نہیں آنا وہ مودی کی درخواست پر بھارت اور مودی کو پاکستان ائیرفورس کے ہاتھوں مارنے سے بچانے آیا تھا۔
ٹرمپ نے جنگ بندی کی بعد ایک دفعہ بھی کشمیر پر ثالثی کی بات نہیں کی یہاں تک جنرل عاصم منیر کیساتھ لنچ کے بعد آئی ایس پی آر کی جانب سے جاری کردہ پریس ریلیز میں بھی ثالثی کا ذکر نہیں ہے ۔
میں ایک پاکستانی غزہ کے بچوں کے قاتل اور مسجد اقصی کو اسرائیل کا دارلحکومت بنانے والے ،ابراہم اکارڈ (معاہدہ ابراہیمی)کے ذریعے فلسطین کو اسرائیل کے حوالے کرنے والے قاتل ٹرمپ کو نوبل امن انعام کیلئے نامزد کرنے پر حکومت پاکستان کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتا ہوں اور اس فیصلے کو مسترد کرتا ہوں۔
