@hammerdivone@SW_Help@swtrains_watch Understand that the reason for not having advance tickets may be journey time related - however Winchester is 55 minutes from Waterloo (less than journey to Liphook and roughly equal to Haslemere) though advance tickets are sold on that route.
@wightlinkferry As a multilink holder regularly going back and forth to the Isle of Wight it is quite disappointing that the last Cat from Portsmouth is at 16:15 - this is utterly useless for commuters

@British_Airways - promised a call back by your call centre 3 weeks ago regarding making a booking using a voucher, still no response and can not get through on phone. Please could you assist.

You should do this by emailing SWR customer services with your route change details (make it explicitly clear that you would like this actioned from 17/03)

I understand that SWR are unable to process any refunds on season tickets, meaning many customers are ยฃ000s out of pocket in a time where many are furloughed (they are also still charging an admin fee) - might you be able to follow up, please?
