F2 went to the Willow Holt @SconceDevonPark this morning to look for apples. Park ranger Simon told us all about the different trees and fruit that grow in the orchard. We found lots of apples and are going to make some apple crumble this afternoon 🍏#HTAAspires

Our story this week has been about Rama and Sita and we have been learning about Diwali . We made our own beautiful Diva lamps for the special celebration of light.

As today is the first day of Autumn we went out to Ecoland to investigate how the world around us is changing. We found berries, mushrooms and sycamore seeds. The grass looked long and dry and the leaves on the trees are starting to change colour . It looked very beautiful.

We have had a fantastic afternoon in Ecoland painting the beautiful flowers and animals in the meadow.We could hear the meadow buzzing with life.Well done all the artists in Year 1F.
