Anyone who wants an invite to HT, just DM me your tv username π
Invited over the days another 20 people.
New alert version coming out over the next week or two, got my laptop back after 2 weeks of repair π
HT last bigger update out!
I fully integrated the partial mitigated FVG for now as the only option
Later I will likely still add a feature to not accept partial FVGs, but for now leaving it like this and also switched up the menu and a lot of bug/performance fixes!
. Reworked partial mitigation handling for BBs/HOBs, OBs, and FVG-based confirmations so zones now behave more consistently.
. Fixed multiple edge cases where valid BB/HOB setups could disappear too early or fail to appear after partial mitigation.
. Improved gap-based BB/HOB creation, including cleaner handling around zone edges and already partially mitigated zones.
. Added better support for displacement candles that start inside/past the OB when the option is enabled.
. Fixed several split-FVG and failed-continuation cases so partial mitigation is tracked more accurately.
. Improved MTF display behavior, especially OB/BB overlap handling and partially mitigated zone labels.
. Cleaned up and optimized parts of the script to reduce unnecessary processing and improve maintainability.
@dhaladom News outlets/influencers etc etc need to make bold headlines and statements to get views, they have an incentive to lie or exaggerate their statements.
I feel like like the ai bubble will take a long time to pop, yes we will get some crashes in between, but imo nothing contagious!
The progress is just too crazy and it had nearly zero impact yet on our RL, which π― it will have huge implications.
Every violent crash from now for at least 3 years is a great buying opportunity.
After that need to be Reassessed!
@dhaladom I tested Astra already and its not even close to the hype, not even much better compared to Sol. They just highly specialized Astra for the things they showed in the demos, like game coding, 3d design, task automation and so on.
@dhaladom Yeah it's just a bit crazy to me that you can use GPUs nowadays to finance debt to guy more GPUs...
Just doesn't make any sense lol, that will end very badly in the future!
Now we just need one leap in GPUs that would make the current once obsolete, which is more likely to happen now that we have more and more advanced AI.
So all of the companies with lots of debt in GPUs will instantly go bust and that would be contagious to most other AI companies too imo.
Some examples from the dot com bubble.
From the first strong Public warning it took 4 years, when it was more general consequences and a lot news outlets wrote about it, it was another 2 years.
And not to forget these companies had nearly zero product market fit, very little revenue, burned through a ton of cash!
Compared to now where nearly every person uses these companies product and it's constantly evolving.
The main 2 things that we have right now that are unhealthy are:
1. So much of the compute power we use is heavily subsidized by Investor moneys
2. Lots of companies use their GPUs as collateral to get loans and have a way longer appreciation time then the actual GPUs can be used for. Like a lot, it's a bit absurd π
The potentially dangerous cycle:
GPU price β
collateral value β
borrowing capacity β
buy more GPUs
Al infrastructure supply β
Nvidia sales β
Al valuations β
β lenders become more comfortable lending against GPUs
β even more GPUs purchased
@MoneyTaura Luckily I got rid of it already a year ago. But that was the hardest part for me to overcome and a lot of my greed actually was disguised as hope, which in turn manifested as a believe of "intuition".
If anyone doesn't know what the saying means:
"The macrocosm of the universe and the microcosm of the individual human experience mirror, reflect, and correspond to one another"
