#WATCH | The first 'Made in India' Airbus C295 military transport aircraft has conducted its first test flight from the Final Assembly Line in Vadodara, marking a milestone for Indian aviation and defence. This maiden test flight is a crucial step in the aircraft's post-production first of 40 aircraft to be built in India; the test flight advances the programme's objective of delivering the first 'Made in India' C295 aircraft this year to the Indian Air Force. A game changer in the Government of India's 'Make in India' vision, the C295 India programme is the first instance of a military aircraft being manufactured in India by the private sector. The programme's progress reflects the steady and dedicated work of Airbus, Tata Advanced Systems Limited and several Indian MSMEs, which are manufacturing parts for the aircraft across India. We thank the Indian Air Force, Ministry of Defence and Government of India, for their unwavering trust in us. We are building the future of Indian aerospace.

@Indrani1_Roy@somnath1978 P&W was outbid as it refused ToT of engines and Honeywell complied...there were two parallel designs launched with both engines & that mitigation helped us to still stay on time.. when you are doing something without a confirmed order thats what https://t.co/Z2hmQPVHw7 is history
@BMTC_BENGALURU Our bus network is undoubtedly the best one but unfortunately the buses also clog the traffic by parking in unplanned manner in most traffic prone areas be it marathalli bridge, Kr puram, kundanhalli and on and on.. can you plz bring some civic sense
& discipline In drivers to park only at bus stops and not at convenience. The traffic police am sure is more than happy to help in identifying & relocating stops little more effectively not to block traffic. You alone can unclog half the roads with small steps..please do respond
@dcpwhitefield Great work..restores faith of public in the system and beaureucracy . Kindly keep posted on the final act of the rogue character. Wish he was given a UP treatment
@VTU_OFFICIAL_PR one side you need people to take internship in professional companies , other side you reject the companies offering them internship and force them to take paid internships..what kind if engineers do you expect with this..shameful indeed.@CMofKarnataka
You rejected company lile @MMRFICTech citing ther is no recuruitment drive. Despite showing evident of recruitment ads and linked in posts. This is pure mismanagement and misuse of authority. dont make students run for internships @CMofKarnataka@EduMinOfIndia
@DCPTrEastBCP@krpurambcpps@Mahadevpuraupd1@timesofindia finally after three years this busbstop was moved and look at the effect, the bottle neck is sorted..at times citizens who suffer offer a better perspective and solution. Thanks for considering and implementing..together lets work onit
@DCPTrEastBCP this one bus stop at the end of flyover from beniganhalli to rammurthy nagar causes traffic snarls all the way till kr puram. If only the buses stoped at service road and not the cramped road due to metro work it can help solving a significant bottle neck
Shortly before New Year's eve, a PG in Kundalahalli burned. Two horrific deaths, two individuals permanently mauled by fire.
We residents had warned three years ago, during the building's construction, of the unsafe, crowded, and unapproved building. We filed a lawsuit and obtained a demolition order.
Yet the demolition order was never acted upon. More in the thread below.
