The handle for The Harpur Trust's Education Partnerships. Working across our schools, with the Heart Academies Trust and with schools across the borough
Teachers from local primary schools attended a special event to hear from national education expert @KateJones_teach & find out how our Accelerator Programme, to improve education outcomes in the borough, is being expanded to benefit 1000s more pupils https://t.co/8R62wO5PKd
A privilege to have @marcrowland73@EssexResearchS join us and our Accelerator Programme partner schools. Looking forward to planning the next steps of this project around Learning Behaviours
We were honoured to host Marc Rowland and Rachel Pritchard, for the next phase of our Learning Behaviours Programme with senior leaders of local primary schools in association with Research Schools Network & the Education Endowment Foundation.

Delighted to fund 2 family support workers across 8 schools, as part of our work with local primary schools to help with educational outcomes. They will play a vital role in helping parents support their children's learning. Email [email protected] for an application pack.
Most Bedford Borough pupils go #BackToSchool today & those struggling may need some extra support. A working group with @BedfordTweets has coproduced information for children & young people to access support for their mental wellbeing #MentalHealthMatters https://t.co/aQvuqjvinn
As founding partner of @BedfordGiving
along with @bpha@panaceatrust@FoundersClerk
we urge any young people, parents or organisations working with young people to fill in the survey or share to help make Bedford Borough a better place for young people! #TogetherForBedford
Eek eek cute mouse alert! We introduced @LearnWithMouse to the children at @BedfordTweets's nurseries before they broke up for the holidays, to support the transition from nursery to primary school, to encourage development such as eating independently and toilet training.
Good luck to everyone receiving their A'Level results tomorrow from our university bursary applicants, to students at our Harpur Trust schools and all the secondary/upper schools and colleges in the borough!

Last week we had the most incredible time working with a bunch of students where for the majority of them English is not their first language.
It was just amazing seeing their confidence and skills develop during the week to culminate in presenting their work. #workexperience
Students from @Bedford_Academy & @BedfordSchool are benefitting from a partnership between The Harpur Trust & @FoundersClerk to enhance their engineering & coding skills through robotics by providing robotic kits to share between the schools. https://t.co/1LaUPgX5YT #STEM
We ran a free immersive music guidance day for local schools last week at @PilgrimsPrePrep to enhance their music and choir offer. It was a really fun session and a chance for teachers to get help with planning, teaching & resource ideas from an experienced music practitioner.
An incredible event celebrating our town's everyday heroes. Wonderful to see staff from two of our partner schools getting the recognition they deserve. @HeadShackleton1
View the winners and shortlisted nominees in full of the amazing Everyday Heroes from the awards we sponsor and read all about what they do for the community of Bedford #TogetherForBedford

Well done to @Bedford_Academy which is one of the @heartacadtrust schools we sponsor. We want to build on this work with our grant to provide students with counselling through @BedfordOpenDoor who are experiencing emotional based school avoidance to help increase attendance.
