@TeamKnowhowUK honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 17 days awaiting a refund, spoken to 6 members of staff over the past 17 days and still no refund or resolution and get spoken to like a piece of dirt!

@MattHancock just so you know....practice nurses, not GPs, already do the bulk of the flu vaccinations, and have done for years. Please know and understand the work force you are talking about before you insult us and alienate us any further.
