Yeah, on X:

Mark with 2M followers gets > 12M views in 1 day announcing a new project of his company.

Modi with 100M followers gets < 1M views in 1 month announcing a new project of his country.

Many state sponsored bots with < 10k followers spreading fake videos against Indians get 10M views.

I think this is because Modi is not a CEO or a state controlled bot. He's 'just' a fiercely independent elected leader of a 1.5 billion strong sovereign nation not approving Starlink yet.

If Passport is also not valid citizenship document then there will be some document introduced as Citizenship Card or similar to that.
