Telegram has also been accused of repeatedly refusing legal requests from law enforcement agencies and courts around the world seeking user data and cooperation in investigations.

This is the reality of Pavel Durov and Telegram.

Telegram has become a hub for criminal activities across the world, and that is why India has also banned Telegram.
