Dear ministers,

By now, the body of Christ should have learned a fundamental truth: you cannot uproot the tares to protect the wheat! The Lord Himself has ordained a season in which both must grow together. Any attempt to remove the tares before the appointed time—no matter how noble the intention—will result in collateral damage to the wheat.

The Lord made this clear in the Parable of the Wheat and the Tares:

"But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”’ (Matthew 13:29-30 NKJV).

This is divine protocol—a principle established by the Lord of the Harvest. There is a Kingdom mechanism designed to preserve the wheat, but it requires a level of precision and execution that is not human—it is angelic in nature. It is not your job! Jesus Himself assigns the reapers at the right time.

No ministry is sent to uproot the tares—that is not our assignment! Our mandate is to plant more wheat. The enemy sows tares, but the response of the wise is not to waste energy in uprooting but to keep sowing the incorruptible seed of the Word (1 Peter 1:23).

The moment you shift your focus to removing tares, you risk injuring the wheat. Beware! Many who claim to be "defenders of the faith" have, in their zeal, done more harm than good.

Understand this clearly:

There will.always be tares amongst us...

The enemy can sow tares but cannot uproot the wheat...

The wheat is not threatened by the growth of the tares...

The tares will never outgrow the wheat...at best they will both grow together!

The Lord is mindful of the tares...His Lordship is absolute.

There is a Lord of the Harvest—and YOU ARE NOT HIM!

The reapers are angels—not men (Matthew 13:39).

The solution to tares is not elimination but greater sowing of wheat!

Harvest is the end of the age...

You cannot upend an age by uprooting tares...

If you truly care for the wheat, plant more! Strengthen the harvest through discipleship, sound teaching, and prayer. The Master of the field knows how to separate the wheat from the tares at the appointed time. Until then, focus on your divine assignment.

Remember we don't just do things in his name,we do things HIS WAY...
