1. Paracetamol will work faster on an empty stomach.
2. Eating oily food and taking malaria medication like the Artemether/lumefantrine will increase it effects.
3. Don’t take NSAIDs (e.g Ibuprofen, Aspirin, Indomethacin) on an empty stomach. They will irritate ur stomach.👇🏿

In as much as I agree with this thread. The issue is not most people abuse these drugs. I have patients coming in two to three times a week to get postinor 2. You try to counsel them, they get angry.

And this is why some people have resorted to threats.
