Yesterday, a gruesome incident took place, a 10 yr old girl Fatima was brutally raped and murdered in Ranipur, Sindh at Pir Asad Jilani's Haveli.
The culprits said she died of stomach pain but the victim's mother confirmed torture marks on her.
