@elonmusk I’d love to! I paid for it in 2019, still don’t have it on my HW3 Model X (but “coming soon” hey?), and on top of that, new HW4 owners in AU/NZ are getting shafted and pissed off and can’t get FSD because they can’t get off the factory firmware for weeks or months

We've seen posts circulating about V14 Lite being available or released to some HW3 vehicles.

As far as we have determined, these posts are entirely fabricated, and we can confirm that no such update has been released to customer vehicles.

V14 Lite is still expected this month.

Why on a day when @TeslaAUNZ celebrates topping the sales charts in Australia drawing more attention to the brand and BEVs, how does it manage to send out an email that shows a total lack of awareness of its existing customers?

It’s great to see communication to new customers explaining why they don’t yet have FSD after purchasing it. By the same token why not email all customers who have FSD capable vehicles?

- HW 3 owners, yes we’re working on V14 lite

- Existing HW4, yes we’re working on V14

- New HW4, yes it’s coming, we’re not going to put you on slightly old V13

Tesla isn’t a new brand in the market, it’s a mature company, the communication needs to be a little more polished!
