Managed to beat the pc performance boss in Borderlands 4. Only to have every enemy be 6+ lvls higher than me on a new lvl 30 character (normal difficulty). Lvl scaling seems broken? @Borderlands

@Ccrypto5 - Feels like you get knocked around a bit *too much. Especially in ffyl.
- randomly getting monster areas that are 5-6 levels higher than you during side quests feels bad?
- enemies keep firing at you while you are in FFYL, often leading to being downed immediately again
