Downgrading isnt a good option at the moment .
But the same won't work if you have NGINX installed, you will need to go through this ... Thanks to @Namecheap support for the assist in telling me the issue was global , not related to me but that's about it
421 Misredirected Request on Cpanel / WHM / CloudFlare took about 6 hours to resolve.
Lots of hit and trials and :
[Install NGINX through NGINX Manager in WHM (yeah NGINX wasn't installed yet i was facing this error)]

2. /scripts/upcp --sync
3. [...]

And all started working. If you want some site to come online pronto you can simple turn off Proxy from DNS in Cloudflare
