面對日益複雜的網路威脅與攻擊手法，政府單位與企業面對攻擊所帶來的損害，往往因為事前防範、事中應對和事後復原策略過於單一而難以全面防禦。為此，深入探討藍隊所需的核心概念與技術，是建構穩固防禦工事的關鍵！

本課程以政府資安防護需求為核心，從藍隊防禦視角出發，深入涵蓋事件應變、威脅偵測、OSINT 情資分析、SOC / SIEM、數位鑑識、惡意程式分析等實務主題，並搭配實作演練，強化第一線防禦與調查能力！
課程內容結合理論與實務，從端點到網路、從事件應變到數位鑑識，建立完整防禦思維與實務能力！

HITCON 2026 Village & Community Call for Booths: Demonstrating the Real Power of Community in the Agentic AI Era

Has your community faced these problems? You've done a lot of technical research, but lack a stage to be seen; or you want to promote your ideas and recruit members, but find it hard to actually reach the right people?
As AI rapidly moves toward Agentic AI with autonomous decision-making and execution capabilities, new attack surfaces and unknown risks are also constantly expanding. In this era of dramatic change, we need genuine technical communities to step forward more than ever.

To encourage high-quality technical demonstrations, the conference will provide a project subsidy of NT$6,000, giving communities sufficient resources to create the most in-depth immersive experiences.
[ Community ] —— A Hub for Expanding Your Influence
Community booths are an excellent platform for cybersecurity communities to exchange ideas and showcase their strengths. Whether you want to recruit new members, promote your group's vision, share open source projects, or seek cross-disciplinary collaboration, this is where more people can get to know your unique appeal. The conference will provide a subsidy of NT$1,500 to help each team expand their community reach and networks.

🔥 HITCON Cyber Range 2026 Registration Is Now Open!

HITCON Cyber Range is Taiwan’s benchmark blue-team competition, designed to sharpen enterprise-level blue-team defense capabilities.

This year’s competition will be held as a global online event. Through a highly realistic Cyber Range environment, participants will face simulated real-world scenarios in which an enterprise is under complex cyberattacks. Teams will take on the role of an internal corporate security team, conducting incident investigation, attack analysis, trace-back, and response decision-making under time pressure.

The competition tests not only technical depth, but also teamwork and the ability to respond under pressure.

This year, we are also introducing a dedicated Cybersecurity Company Category, welcoming professional security teams to join the challenge, foster technical exchange across the industry, and strengthen Taiwan’s overall blue-team readiness!

- Registration Deadline: August 31, 2026, 23:59
- Qualification Review Results: Applications will be reviewed in batches on a first-come, first-reviewed basis. Final results will be sent to the designated contact person via email by September 11, 2026.
