@HeathrowExpress a journey from Paddington to Heathrow now taking close to 40 minutes, be honest with people!!!

@HeathrowExpress a staff member at Paddington categorically told me trains were running at “normal” speed but even now but we’ve been held at this tunnel for close to 20 minutes. If I miss my flight I’ll be coming back to you for compensation for false information.

@HeathrowExpress this is not “minor disruption” today and shame on your for trying to call it that. Trains are only running every 30 mins and even now we’re being held outside a tunnel when we should be at Heathrow. This is appalling communication from what is “Express” service

@marcus_buckland Jack is a huge talent but huge shout to say he wins slams if injury free……it’s like some saying Nadal would have had 30 slams, & be the greatest ever if he didn’t have to skip or retire from so many slams, it’s hypothetical, & guess work, and a consequence of how they play.

@British_Airways just awful delays with our departing from Olbia airport today, many of us with young kids and no real explanation as to why. The knock on effects for families and people who had plans for the day and are now hugely disrupted also. Really really poor.
