@TomHorner19 You've targeted the wrong market, target EU companies... Don't work? kkkk Maybe they don't want to pay for foreign developers, they want to exploit and generate capital.
@TomHorner19 So, if you speak perfect Portuguese, but a EU company wants to hire you at the lowest EU salary ever and requires you to speak English, you should: 1) Pay for classes 2) Learn how NOT to offend your "saver". LOL
@thebrandview @astrostreet11 @GaryMarcus paid does not mean for profit. We are talking here on making benefits beyond financing teams/hosting/research. to me it's about a tech that becomes degenerative, once again
1/ It would be helpful to have ontologies to describe participation data in order to define #ckan schemas. we could aggregate and learn from diverse aspects.
3/ It would be organized with self-management principles at its root: transparent by default, explicit governance, written agreements, facilitated meetings, consent decision-making.
2/ The working group would be made of various sector of participations, from sensing to remuneration. I can picture @DemocracyNext, @DemOuverte be part of this working group.
The more someone is affected, the more she should be part of the decision-making process.
That's a useful strategy for self-management.
🥁 Guess what?
In participatory democracy too

Avoiding bot AND beeing inclusive is incredibely difficult."
New study suggests participatory budgeting's impact on the well-being of underserved communities in Brazil, Peru, and South Korea. But program designs, operational rules and supporting local conditions must be favorable to realize that potential https://t.co/NcjKKI7V2F #DemoPart
Can't find specs on e-participation and social participation analytics. Is there anyone in my network who has references to shape qualitative and quantitative data in participation? 🤫It's for an open-data hackathon #civictec#opendata#data
