Final decision was heart related and if you look it up it's what happens when you OD on fent. So how can he have died from asphyxiation with no patterns of it?

@praeteritia @akafacehots @hodgetwins Yep. People have been getting examiners/coroner's report and autopsy mixed up ever since it happened. The autopsy where they DISASSEMBLE the layers of the human body found no damage to the neck and surrounding tissues and NO damage to the brain that occurs from asphyxiation.

@elijah1844 @swithtwit @garykoepnick @hodgetwins I see this a lot. The EXAMINER REPORT says he died of asphyxiation. The autopsy, where they cut open the brain, neck, and surrounding tissue, found no damage from asphyxiation of any kind and no damage to the bones in the neck and throat. Examiner report does not=autopsy.
