@OpenreachHelp What is the massive delay getting the Hockley Essex big green open reach cabinet up and running? Over 300 homes have been without internet since 28th!!! With 1 bar of phone signal on various mobile networks we simply cannot tether to WFH.

@OpenreachHelp Someone at openreach called Gary said it’s to do with a ‘side pod being knocked off the cabinet’. He later mentioned UKPN would give residents a temporary connection via batteries and would be replaced every 4 hours, so to expect intermittent service, however it’s not worked.
