@flyethiopian Hi @flyethiopian, I’ve DM’d you previously but to no avail nothing! I think I need to reach out to the financial ombudsman for legal advice. This is appalling, my buggy has been damaged as well as our flight was delayed to the U.K. by 12 hours in total.
