Today, we mark Labour Day by recognising the dignity, resilience, and contribution of all workers who keep our communities and economies running.

At Youth Alive! Kenya, we celebrate our dedicated staff whose passion and commitment continue to drive impact across communities. Your work, energy, and belief in change are what make our mission possible.

We also honour domestic workers whose labour often goes unseen yet remains essential in sustaining households, enabling productivity, and strengthening care systems. Their rights, safety, and fair working conditions must remain a priority.

As we celebrate this day, we reaffirm our commitment to advocating for decent work, fair pay, and social protection for all, especially those in the care economy.
