@ryguymedia@EdDebtJustice The appeal to block the approval is still ongoing. It was only the stay that was denied and what the schools have 7 days again to appeal. The appeals themselves to the original decision haven't taken place and are what is on a different track.
@LynnTriciamsw@EdDebtJustice Right, but the stay was requested until the original 1/17 appeal could be completed. The appeal the the original decision to approve is still pending, it was only the stay UNTIL the appeal that was denied.
#BREAKING: Last night, Judge Alsup DENIED the intervenors’ motion to stay settlement relief in Sweet v. Cardona.
This decision delivers a massive victory for our clients who have fought so long and hard for this outcome!

@libsoftiktok You said it was someone you almost never worked with. How would they know? If they assumed you were a man/female and were wrong it doesn't show intent. If you still identified as a female but they said "He" what then? Did you want them to have a staff meeting over your pronouns?
If we sent a spy balloon over China do you think they’d be talking about it on social media wondering if their leaders were gonna fricken do something….
@EdDebtJustice So, until and if a stay is granted, they will start issuing relief on 1/28/2023? How does that work if it's the stay us permitted and appeals are granted? Do they reissue the debt?
@POTUS When you caused the problem, only to gaslight the outcome as a result of your divine intervention - you must be a Democrat. Eg. Unemployment, Racial divide, gas prices, insulin costs.....
@WhiteHouse My wages haven't gone up, but our cost of living has skyrocketed. We can't afford to buy a house now. A 1600sqft house is 400k in our area, and our rent has been increased by $600 in a year. 👏👏👏
@PeterAlexander@NBCNews Isn't it his job as the person who had access to said classified documents to know where they were? The "I didn't know" excuse only works in grade school.
@SpeakerPelosi@HouseGOP The IRS is the modern-day Sheriff of Nottingham. But instead of going door to door, we are forced to fill out forms and hand it over before we ever see it. Then, request for some of it back if we "accidentally" overpaid based on BS guidelines that pay for furniture in your office
@SpeakerPelosi@HouseGOP We needed 87k agents to go after the "Ultra Rich"? For loopholes you've benefited from. They were to come after people like me who missed filing a $480 unemployment check one year and was fined 3x that amount the following year. ✋️
